When Do You Need a Floorplan?
Floorplans are especially useful when selling, buying, or renting a property. They help convey the layout and basic dimensions of the space, giving potential buyers or tenants a better sense of the property’s structure and flow.
Please note: These floorplans are for illustrative purposes only.
They are ideal for marketing use but should not be used as technical or architectural plans (e.g. for construction or renovation work).

Up to 1200 sq. ft: £90+ (fixed rate)
Over 1200 sq. ft: £0.05 per additional sq. ft
All prices exclude VAT.
Important Information
We offer floorplans only alongside an EPC assessment. If you require a floorplan without an EPC, additional fees will apply.
How Do We Invoice for the Floorplan and EPC?
After the site visit, we process the assessment and prepare a draft copy of your EPC, which we send to you along with the invoice.
Once payment is received, we lodge the EPC on the official government register and send you the final EPC certificate along with your floorplans (if requested).
